The Kingdom of Heaven is like…
Matthew 13:31-32
He told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches."
Jesus taught many times with the phrase “The kingdom of heaven…” In order to know these truths we need to know His Word. We need to read the Bible. I love to read the last two chapters of Revelation to see the New Heaven and the New Earth described in those glorious details because we know the present heaven and earth are passing away. He gives us hope.
Here He is saying that faith gives birth to faith. As an exampel Paul, and all the apostles’ faith led others to faith. Just one seed of faith will produce an untold harvest.
Lord, help me to be as a mustard seed, help me to live by faith and die in Christ. Help me to give each day to You and follow your teachings.
