Today, October 7, 2007 I just heard on the news (Fox) that the President of Iran Mr. Ahmadinejad said he thought it would be a "good idea" for Israel to pack-up and “move to Canada or Alaska”.
From what I understand about the Bible and God’s ways of protecting Israel and the law of recompense it would probably be a good idea for the President of Iran Mr. Ahmadinejad to pack His bags and move to either Canada or Alaska (if they’d let him).
Because of God's law of recompense what he said or says about Israel will come back on his own head.
Israel 62: 11-12
11 The LORD has made proclamation
to the ends of the earth:
"Say to the Daughter of Zion,
'See, your Savior comes!
See, his reward is with him,
and his recompense accompanies him.' "
12 They will be called the Holy People,
the Redeemed of the LORD;
and you will be called Sought After,
the City No Longer Deserted.
II Samual 2: 15 – 16
Then David called one of his men and said,
"Go, strike him down!" So he struck him down, and he died.
For David had said to him,
"Your blood be on your own head. Your own mouth testified against you when you said,
'I killed the LORD's anointed.' "
Thy will be done Dear Lord, Amen

I didn't want to respond on Joel's blog today, because it's getting a wee bit heated, in the Political area :(
However, do you remember Josh, that used to post at Joel's? He said, that he thought, that Israel should be moved to somewhere, in Southern America. He wasn't quite sure which country, but wouldn't THAT be a great solution to all the probems in the ME! LOL. AND, he appeared to be serious, no less.
Anyway, I thought maybe you'd like to know that I got quite a chuckle out of the news item. Absolutely ridiculous, and 'WAY over the top!'

The issue of moving Israel is totally
NOT AN OPTION!!!
God placed His Name on Mount Zion and He is in charge of what happens to Israel not the pres of Iran.
It is decreed by God and it is all prophecied in the Word of God.
I wish people would read the Word of God as if it was a special Oracle From God, because, it is.
He has speical plans for Israel and He is not finished with her as a Nation.
I'm looking forward to seeing God bring His plan to fruition.
