In Tishri they will be redeemed

Rosh HaShanah

It has been taught

Rabbi Eliezer Rosh haShanah 10b-11a says, “in the month of Tishri the world was created,…and in Tishri they will be redeemed in time to come.”

The book by Joseph Good: “Rosh HaShanah and the Messianic Kingdom to Come”

Says the following:

Rosh HaShanah emcompasses many themes and teaches many doctrines.

Repentance, (Teshuvah)
The time of Jacob’s Trouble
The Resurrection of the dead
The Natzal (plucking away) aka: The Rapture or Catching Away
The Coronation of the Messiah
The Beginning of the Messianic Kingdom
The Judgment
The Wedding of the Messiah

Joseph Good said, "The Day (or Time) of Trouble referred to here is scattered throughtout the Scriptures under various names: Birthpangs, Wrath of G-d, Tribulation, and so forth. It describes a seven year time period of judgement and cleansing on the earth "

Author of The Morning Comes and Also the Night , Pastor Byron MacDonald of Rosh HaShanah said,

“I do think the Day of the Lord is a 1007 year period of time that begins with the Great Tribulation - the wrath of God on the nations.”

And,

“I think the key date is Rosh Hashanna. I think the dating back to Jesus' birth is pretty accurate. I didn't see the history channel but I've seen similar dating based on when Zechariah was priest on duty in the Temple. I definitely think Jesus will come back for the church on Rosh Hashana, I just don't know which one. My preference is this year. Even so Lord Jesus come!”

Dear Ones,

Here is a Bible Study for you, I pray you'll consider it.

This is my updated study of the Jewish Feast of Rosh HaShanah and how it ties in to "Easter" or Resurrection Sunday.

God's Word is delightfully perfect with truth on every page and it has withstood the ages. Not one "jot or tittle" will be left undone.

I always believed and knew the 7 feasts of the Jews had an important role because God made them for a reason...."a shadow of things to come" Colossians 2:16-17.

From what I've been studying I believe that this Rosh HaShana that is on September 11, 2009 could be The Rapture.

It also could be next year or in 10 or 20 years from now, but with all that is going on in the world I did not want to sit on this theory without sharing it with my dear family and friends. Remember we are told by Jesus in the Bible "to Watch and Pray".

Now, if you have any comments to my conclusion (theory) concerning these scriptures or references please feel free to let me know.

I believe every word of the Bible, and I believe the Jews will soon face the time of Jacob's Trouble. "How awful that day will be! None will be like it. It will be a time of trouble for Jacob (aka The Jews), but he will be saved out of it."Jeremiah 30:7 It will lead to the Jews salvation. (see Romans chapters 9, 10, 11).

Your old Christian friend.
Written in Love,

Marcie

Christ may have been born on Rosh Hashanna (a festival that covers two days). This can be ascertained by looking at the Scriptures. John the Baptist was conceived in the Fall (not winter or spring) near Rosh Hashanah at the beginning of the High Holy Days. (Head of the Year). See Luke Chapter ONE. Elizabeth was 6 months pregnant when Mary was in early pregnancy and stayed 3 months in her visit to Elizabeth. God may have announced in this manner that the baby Jesus would be born on Rosh Hashanna. There are some who reason to believe that it was 9/11 that year. It also would have been about the 4000th year since Creation. That is interesting because it’s been another 2000 years since the first visitation. Many Christians believe that the Rapture is due and will take place on a Rosh Hashanna (some year). This Rosh Hashanna is 9/11. This would be particularly significant approaching the 6000th year as it may be the end of the work week and the day of rest is aproaching: the Sabbath Rest. That is particularly significant because seems to indicate the 1000 year Millennium.
